Customs clearance on entering the EU
We arrange customs clearance. Goods become goods in free circulation once customs releases them on the basis of a customs declaration and after the duty and import VAT are paid.

It depends on the mode of transport, on where in China the goods start and where in Europe they go. That is why we confirm the date in the quote for your shipment.
We do. As the importer you need an EORI number, which is mandatory for every customs operation in the EU. You will find the rules, with links to official sources, in the import section above.
A full container (FCL) makes sense when your goods fill one. A smaller shipment travels by sea together with other customers' goods (LCL). Rail from China to Europe is the third option; we recommend what suits your shipment in the quote.
We arrange insurance for the whole journey, from China to you, on request. The carrier's liability under the CMR convention (8.33 SDR/kg) applies only to the road leg, not to the journey by sea or rail.
Where in China the goods start, where they should go, what they are and how much there is: weight, volume or number of pallets. Feel free to name the Chinese city in the form.
