What we process, and why

Account data — your email address and password hash, so you can sign in. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Kept until you delete your account.

Session and security cookies — session and signed_in, set only once you sign in; locale and consent, set only when you choose a language or answer the cookie banner; and the short-lived cookies used while signing in, verifying an email address or resetting a password. Simply reading this site sets no cookie. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure service (art. 6(1)(f)), and for the strictly necessary ones the ePrivacy art. 5(3) exemption. See the cookie policy.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), only as far as you agree. The Google tag loads from www.googletagmanager.com on every visit. Until you choose, or if you decline, it sends only cookieless pings (Google's Consent Mode): it stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it, so it cannot recognise you on a later visit, and it sends the page address without ad click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid). Once you allow analytics cookies in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies (kept for 2 years) and measures the visit in the usual way. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the page footer. Every cookie is listed in the cookie policy. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

Error diagnostics — when something breaks, we record the error. Session replay, which records what you did before the error, runs only with your consent.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and the measurement vendors listed in the cookie policy. Some process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

OpenAI Ads (OpenAI OpCo, LLC / OpenAI Ireland Ltd.). If you came to our site from an ad in ChatGPT and allowed marketing cookies, then when you send an enquiry or contact form we pass to OpenAI the ad-click identifier, the time it was sent, the address of the form's page and a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of your e-mail address and phone number. OpenAI never receives the address, the phone number, your name or your message. This is used only to measure whether the ad led to an enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings; after that nothing is passed on. The data may be processed outside the EU (USA) under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time — through Cookie preferences in the page footer, or on the cookie policy page — without affecting processing that already happened. You may complain to your supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.

Personal data from Facebook / Meta forms

Last updated: 14 March 2026. This section supplements the rest of this policy and covers personal data collected through instant lead forms on social media platforms, including Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads and similar third-party tools.

What we collect. When you submit an instant form in response to our ads we may collect your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, city or place of residence (if given) and any other information you choose to enter (for example interest in a particular service, preferred dates or vehicle type). The social media platform may pre-fill some of it from your profile. By submitting the form you confirm the data is correct and consent to its processing.

Why we use it.

to contact you about your enquiry or your interest in our services (freight transport, forwarding, cooperation with carriers, job opportunities);
to send you price quotes and information about the services you asked about;
to process job applications, if the form concerns a vacancy;
to send follow-up messages about your enquiry. We will not send you unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Legal basis. Your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who sees it. Our employees responsible for enquiries, sales and recruitment, and the CRM and communication tools we use to manage and answer your enquiries. We do not sell or rent your data or trade it for third-party marketing, and we do not share it with parties not directly involved in fulfilling your request. The social media platform (for example Meta / Facebook) processes your data separately under its own privacy policy; we alone are responsible for the data we receive from the form.

How long we keep it. Service enquiries: up to 2 years from the last communication. Job applications: up to 2 years from the last contact. You can object or ask to be removed at any time, and we delete your data without delay. Leads that do not respond: deleted within 90 days if there is no further communication.

Files you attach to an enquiry are kept in secure, non-public storage for at most 24 months after sending (or until your data is erased), and only our team can open them.

Your rights. You have the same GDPR rights as described elsewhere in this policy: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. To exercise a right, write to info@everestsolutions.cz or to EVEREST Solutions s.r.o., Pekařská 621/7, 155 00 Praha 5-Jinonice. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz).
