From China to Europe
Our partners load the goods in China and carry them to Europe in a container by sea, or by train.
Customs clearance in the Netherlands
We arrange customs clearance. In the Netherlands an import is declared electronically in the DMS system, and when the goods arrive at a Dutch port, only after they have been unloaded.
By truck across the Netherlands
Our truck collects the goods at the port or terminal and delivers them to the address you give us, from South Holland to North Brabant.
Rotterdam in South Holland, Eindhoven in North Brabant and Amsterdam in North Holland have their own page. But we deliver across the whole of the Netherlands, and from there on across Europe.

In the EU state where they are imported. Goods bought in China and unloaded in Hamburg are imported in Germany and VAT is paid there; a Dutch business can reclaim it digitally through the Dutch tax authority.
With it, import VAT is not paid at the border but is reported in the VAT return. You apply in writing to the tax office and the decision comes within 8 weeks; conditions include being established in the Netherlands and importing regularly from countries outside the EU.
Yes, always. Companies based outside the EU have a special application; only companies with an RSIN number that file declarations themselves create the number on their own.
Usually the shipping line or a customs agent. For import through a Dutch port a Container Vrijgave Bericht (CVB) is needed; whoever imports regularly can file by themselves after agreeing it with the customs helpdesk.
A product must be safe and ready for use before it is placed on the market; the general rules are set by the Commodities Act. Some goods are prohibited or require an import licence or certificate.
