  1. From China to Europe

    Our partners load the goods in China and carry them to Europe in a container by sea, or by train.

  2. Customs clearance in Germany

    We arrange customs clearance. Goods for commercial purposes are declared electronically in Germany, and import VAT is payable regardless of their value.

  3. Our truck to you

    Our truck collects the goods at the port or terminal and delivers them to any federal state, for example to Stuttgart, Berlin or Leipzig.

The German number is assigned free of charge by the customs directorate-general in Dresden; paid intermediaries are not needed. From 1 October 2026 you apply through the Customs Portal (Zollportal); 0870 series forms are accepted only in exceptional cases.

For consignments by post and courier, German customs quote a rate of 19%, and 7% for some goods, for example food or books. The base is usually the customs value, to which other costs are sometimes added.

Yes. To release goods from a third country for free circulation in Germany, the declarant must be established in the customs territory of the EU or be represented by a person established there. A company from the Czech Republic meets this condition.

Yes, if a product is suspected of breaching safety rules. Release is suspended and the market surveillance authority decides on the import, mostly the authority of a federal state, for some goods for example BNetzA, KBA or BSH.
